PCA administration, faculty and staff are chosen for their ability to reflect the principles and values as outlined in our Philosophy of Education. These Christian faculty members are highly qualified and dedicated teachers who see their career choice as a ministry to impart Christian values in the next generation of leaders. Faculty and administrative staff seek to be examples and mentors for the students through daily devotions and by upholding moral and ethical codes of conduct. Strong partnerships are developed with parents and churches to reinforce Christian and family values. Many faculty members are PCA alumni.
