Voting Instructions for the 2009 Annual General Meeting

Dear PCA Parents and Alumni Members,

PCA has gone through an eventful year and will be holding our first
Annual General Meeting next Tuesday June 9, 2009. This is a school that
nurtures our children in the Lord, and we need you to partner with the
school in this Kingdom ministry.

"Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." (Proverbs 22: 6)

As parents and alumni members and supporters of PCA, we ask you to provide voting instructions on the following:

1. Director election
2. Appointment of auditor for the school year ending August 31, 2009
3. Authorization of insurance policy for directors’ liability
4. Amendments to By-Laws

Please go to http://pca.memberlodge.org/,

login the member section using your e-mail, and cast your vote by 9:00
a.m. on June 9, 2009 (next Tuesday).  Alternatively, you can print out
the attached paper proxy form, fill out your voting instructions and
return to PCA by 5:00 p.m. on June 5, 2009 (this Friday).
