Promissory Notes:

Thank you to those who have subscribed to PCA Promissory Notes. To those who require more time to review the Offering Memorandum, we have decided to extend the subscription timeline. Please provide your subscription no later than January 17, 2010 to the Finance Office (via school offices). Interest will be pro-rated accordingly. Kindly submit the applications as soon as these are ready so as to minimize the large number to be processed near its deadline.

Zoning Amendment Public Meeting:

Last Tuesday November 17 evening, we had the Public Meeting on the zoning amendment application at The Town of Markham, Council Chambers; Mayor Frank Scarpitti, Deputy Mayor Jack Heath, Regional Councillor's Dan Horchik, Alex Chiu, Jim Jones, Valerie Burke, Logan Kanapathi, Carolina Moretti, Joseph Virgilio and Chair, John Webster – all openly welcomed PCA's relocation to Markham. In particular, Mayor Frank Scarpitti extended his warm welcome to PCA to become a part of the Markham community and invited PCA to join Markham 's Torch Relay Parade this December (further details to come).  Councillor Dan Horchik motioned to move our application directly to the next Council Meeting (December 15, 2009). This motion was seconded by Councillor Alex Chiu and voted for unanimously by all councillors present. The minutes to the Public Meeting will be posted on pca.ca/news as soon as it is made available.

Our application, pending reports to be received, will go directly to Council for approval on Tuesday December 15 – The PCA Community are all welcome to once again attend – please also note PCA is scheduled to have our Christmas Concert the same evening.

We praise the Lord for the amazing outcome and touching the town officials' hearts to help speed up the process. To follow the site progress, please visit the school web site here. Prayer Vigil:

Thank you for keeping the school in your prayer.
