Dear PCA families, staff, alumni and friends,
Happy Thanksgiving. May we all thank our Lord for His many blessings.
We hope you have all had an opportunity to see and settle in to the new campus of PCA. We are very thankful to see what God has done through many of you. Your prayers and financial support have allowed us to keep pressing towards the goal and move into 245 Renfrew Drive. The staff team has done a tremendous job in getting the school set up in late August. Our PAC (Parent Advisory Committee) prayer team continued to gather and pray for the school and ministry weekly throughout the summer. Our contractor, Berkim Construction, and architect, Mr. Dan Teh, (PCA alumnus and parent respectively) worked around the clock to get the school ready. We thank God for every one of them.
As you can see, we have not developed the entire property yet and there is even a need to complete certain occupied areas. Our next goal is to complete the occupied areas, ready the kitchen and the day care as soon as possible. The budget for this phase of construction is about $900,000. $150,000 has been raised so far. Please support PCA and continue to support PCA’s ministry (if you have already donated) to provide an alternative way to educate children in accordance to Christ’s commands. Please drop off your donation to either of the school offices. For stock donations, please download an equity transfer form from our web site http://www.pca.ca/content1.php?id=87. For any other types of donations, please contact one of the school offices.
As you can see from the letterhead (available for download below), this year we are celebrating our 40th anniversary. An invitation for the different events has been mailed to you. For details, please check out http://pca.ca/40.
