Potluck & Silent Auction reminder
PCA Board | 2010-11-11

Dear PCA families, staff, alumni and friends,
Thank God for His blessings. A PCA family has pledged to match dollar-to-dollar up to $20,000 on donations raised during the Nov 20 Potluck event.
We have about 20 auction items and will keep posting details on
https://sites.google.com/a/pca.ca/a-legacy-of-learning/2010-silent-auction.
Please bring your cheque book to the event if you plan to purchase any auction items and/or make donations during the event.
If you have not made your reservation, there is still time to do so. Please RSVP to fundraising@pca.ca by this Saturday, Nov 13 so that we can arrange the facilities accordingly.
Potluck and Silent Auction
Date: Saturday, Nov 20, 2010
Time: Doors open: 6:00 p.m.
Dinner: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Silent auction closes at: 8:30 p.m.
Venue: 245 Renfrew Drive, Markham
Please RSVP to fundraising@pca.ca by Saturday Nov 13.

For the school families, please return the “Intent to Register” forms to the school offices. The more students we have intending to register the more favourable review of our financing by institutions. Thank you for your attention in this very important initiative.
