Dear Parent and Alumni Members,

Voting Instructions for Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Please be reminded that the AGM of the Peoples Christian Academy (PCA) Inc. will be held on Monday, November 8, 2010, at 7:30 p.m., at 374 Sheppard Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario.  

In order that the business of the AGM may be conducted in an efficient manner, the PCA Board of Directors is soliciting your voting instructions.  Enclosed please find a proxy form for the AGM for you to fill out and return to the school offices on or before November 5, 2010 (Friday).  

You are also encouraged to vote over the internet.  On-line voting will be closed at 9:00 a.m. on November 8, 2010 (Monday).  Members may visit http://pca.memberlodge.org, login the member section using your e-mail to transmit your voting instructions.  Members should have this form of proxy in hand when you access the web site.

Parents and alumni registered as a member of PCA on or before October 31, 2010 will be entitled to vote on the election of directors and all other business brought before the AGM.  For membership registration, please go to: http://pca.memberlodge.org/.
