Potluck, Silent Auction, Intent to Register and AGM News

Dear PCA families, staff, alumni and friends, A friendly reminder that our first ever Potluck and Silent Auction will be held on Saturday, Nov 20, 2010 Doors open for silent auction: 6:00 p.m. Dinner: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. 245 Renfrew Drive, Markham Please RSVP to fundraising@pca.ca by Nov 13 Join us for a time of fellowship and share with us your best dish (or new recipe). For those who plan to bring in silent auction items, please also send an email to fundraising@pca.ca regarding the description of your items. So far, we have character cake, rice cooker, gift cards, movie tickets and gift baskets. If you or a business you know can donate silent auction items, please let us know as soon as possible. With your requests, we are now accepting brand new goods or services with value over $20. Thank you for those who have volunteered to help. We still need some volunteers to help out. If you can help before, during or after the event, please contact Carol Lam at clam (at) pca.ca or 416.301.2216. For the school families, please return the “Intent to Register” forms to the school offices by Nov 8. The more students we have intending to register the more favourable review of our financing by institutions. Thank you for your attention in this very important initiative.
