Invitation: Pot Luck and Silent Auction - Nov 20, 2010 Event

Dear PCA families, staff, alumni and friends,
On Nov 20, 2010, PCA will be hosting a potluck/silent auction event. We hope to bring all families, alumni, staff and friends of PCA together to raise funds for the school as we move forward to relocating to 245 Renfrew. You and your families are cordially invited to the event.
Date: Saturday, Nov 20, 2010
Time: Doors open for silent auction: 6:00 p.m.
Dinner: 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Place: 245 Renfrew Drive, Markham
Activities: Potluck dinner, Silent Auction, Sharing of PCA Vision, Opportunities to learn more on how to subscribe to PCA Promissory Notes or join the WeLovePCA Club, Renfrew Project Updates
PLEASE RSVP to: fundraising@pca.ca
If "Regrets", donations are accepted online at: www.pca.ca/advancement - no amount is too small.
We are in need of brand new items and services over $40 of retail value to be donated for the silent auction. You may donate items such as toys, household items, gift baskets, gift cards, discount/coupons for the services from your own business or businesses you know. You may click here and use this letter from the school and/or Potluck and Silent Auction Event Flyer to approach businesses if required.
Last but not least, for an event like this, we need a large number of volunteers to help out. If you can help before, during or after the event, please contact Carol Lam at clam (at) pca.ca or 416.301.2216.
